Holybro H-RTK mosaic-H GPS module (with double antenna for direction determination)
Holybro mosaic-H is a high-end RTK GPS module that uses a powerful Septentrio mosaic-H GNSS receiver. It includes an IST8310 magnetometer, two high-performance antennas and an aluminum CNC housing. This module is equipped with many features such as easy configuration, spectrum analysis, data logging and post-processing for a wide range of applications.
Thanks to the dual antenna input, mosaic-H can provide heading (YAW) information to the autopilot without the use of a compass (often referred to as GPS Heading or Moving Baseline Yaw). By using GPS instead of a traditional compass, it eliminates inaccuracies caused by magnetic interference from the vehicle's engines, electrical systems, and the surrounding environment, such as metal structures or power lines, ensuring accurate direction reporting to the autopilot and increasing overall reliability and navigation performance in challenging environments.
The Septentrio mosaic-H receiver GNSS module boasts a set of proprietary technologies that set it apart from the competition. Septentrio AIM+ (Advanced Interference Mitigation) technology protects against intentional and unintentional sources of interference, ensuring consistent and reliable performance even in challenging RF environments.
Septentrio's LOCK+ technology ensures optimal tracking even with fast antenna movement in the event of high vibration or impact, maintaining high accuracy and stable operation in dynamic situations. It is ideal for demanding applications such as UAVs and robotics.
