iXC15 X-CLASS frame kit
The iXC15 is iFlight's first X-class drone. The mounting bolt pattern fits most motors on the market, making motor installation much easier and eliminating the need to add a motor adapter seat. It helps reduce front arm weight, improving frame flexibility. The motor base is attached to the arm using two criss-cross spacers, with the outer center reinforced, making the frame stable, reliable and easy to adjust.
The arm and the frame body mounting part are fixed with two cross "Power-Lock" long M5 screws and an M5 nut. In addition, two vertical side plates are added to each arm to make the arms and body more secure. This method of fastening is not only reliable, but also facilitates the replacement and repair of arms on site. In addition, a flexible 3D printing antenna holder is used at the back of the body to secure the tail antenna for easy antenna installation.
See the body of the frame, two simple but rigid 3mm thick upper and lower plates are used to provide a large space for equipment installation. The iXC15 has been improved in every part during development, from the first sample to the final series production. It took half a year - 6 times proofing - from round tube to square tube, constant improvement and testing, and finally it came out.
