These values are based on simulation and actual measurements are as follows (they are very similar).
Due to the change in the dielectric constant of FR4, the intermediate frequency can be transferred between doses.
And not all brands of FR4 have the same dielectric constant.
Frequency conversion to 100 MHz is normal.
